Opera Tower, is a 55-floor condominium highrise building located in what is known as the Media and Entertainment district in Miami. The property is in close vicinity to the American Airlines Centre and the Miami Arts Museum as well as the Margaret Pace Park. Three units were acquired in this building in April 2016 with a three year guaranteed lease and a waiver of HOAs over the life of the leases.
