Developer seeks to ‘wake up’ Clarendon with Glenmuir Country Club

The National Housing Trust (NHT) indicates that it is working on housing developments with varying solutions slated for Clarendon.

Among them are Hummingbird Meadows, Longville Phase Four and Moneymusk Glades. Vernamfield has also been touted as another area of development by the government.

It has been widely believed that the parish is best suited for low to mid-income homes in the price range of $7.5 million to $20 million.

However, private housing developer Cadre Management Consultants Limited, led by director Paul Buchanan has a different vision.

Cadre Management is planning to offer residences that are a tad more luxurious and fall above this price point. He is the construction genius being Glenmuir Country Club. Read more
