Jovaughn is the Property & Building Manager of Kingston Properties Limited. He joined the team in April 2021 and currently responsible for the maintenance and capital projects portfolio. Also, he provides advice to the Executive Management Committee on increasing energy efficiency and cost containment initiatives, while developing and implementing workplace safety policies and standards.
He possesses over thirteen (13) years of Engineering, Construction and Project Management experience from the Public & Private Sectors as well as Professional Project Management Certification.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Technology Jamaica and is a Member of the International Body, Project Management Institute.
