Phillip Silvera is a former Executive Vice-President of The Victoria Mutual Building Society (VMBS), where he spent 32 years in various senior positions including Divisional President, Financial Controller, and Chief Accountant. A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) United Kingdom and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) Jamaica, Mr. Silvera has over four decades of experience in the financial industry.
He was also a licensed Security Dealer and served as a registered Public Accountant for many years. He currently serves on the boards of Victoria Mutual Group, Victoria Mutual Financial Group, VM Building Society, VM Investments, and VM Wealth Management.
